At PRAMSOL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. Due to the nature of our international trade and food products, the following policy applies to all shipments.

1. Inspection at Delivery

Customers and business partners are required to inspect all goods immediately upon arrival at the port or warehouse. Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or damage must be noted on the Delivery Note (DN) or Proof of Delivery (POD).

2. Perishable Goods (Fruits & Vegetables)

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh produce (Mangoes, Oranges, Potatoes, etc.):

• Claim Window: Claims for damage or spoilage must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

• Evidence: Supporting evidence, including high-resolution photos and/or videos of the affected cargo, must be provided.

• Resolution: If a quality issue is verified, PRAMSOL will offer a pro-rata credit, replacement, or refund for the damaged portion.

3. Non-Perishable Goods (Ghee & Oils)

• Return Period: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact. We cannot accept returns for food items that have been opened or used.

• Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."

4. Shipping Costs

• If a return is necessary due to an error on our part (incorrect item or damaged goods), PRAMSOL will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

5. Refunds

Once your return/claim is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or credited to your trade account within 7–10 business days.
